Mail Interruption Notice
We would like to remind everyone that during the Canada Post labour strike, all accounts continue to be due on their normal due dates.
This applies to items billed and mailed out before the strike, such as property taxes, as well as any fees or charges that may have occurred since the strike took effect and that we have not been able to mail you a bill for, such as tipping fees, dog tags, application fees, etc.
Check if you have a balance due
In order to avoid late penalties and interest charges, please make sure any fees or charges on your account are paid off. If you are unsure if you have an account balance, please call 705-448-2981 or visit the office located at 2249 Loop Road, Wilberforce.
Pay via e-Transfer
We suggest making payments via e-Transfer for timely and accurate payments. When making a payment in this way, please include what the payment is for as well as your contact number in the notes field. For more information and alternative payment options please visit our Online Payments page.
Interest charges will not be adjusted for cheques that are received late due to the postal strike.
Sign up for e-Billing
Now is a great opportunity to sign up for Property Tax e-Billing to ensure your future tax bills will not be impacted by a strike. To cancel mail delivery of your tax bill and start getting email delivery beginning with your next tax bill, please complete our online e-Billing Request Form.
Note: A separate form must be submitted for each property (Roll Number) that you wish to enrol in e-Billing.
